It is conditional upon valid subscription enrollment
It may be subject to verification of eligibility
It is secondary to the subscription service
Lendora Finance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw cashback incentives at any time, subject to applicable law.
5. Verification Process
As part of the subscription process, Lendora Finance may conduct a verification of the information provided solely to determine eligibility for available subscription plans and associated cashback incentives.
This verification:
Does not involve a credit check
Does not involve credit reporting agencies
Does not affect your credit file
Does not constitute a credit or lending decision
6. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Lendora Finance (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.
All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Lendora Finance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, platform access, or eligibility for a cashback incentive if:
You violate these Terms
You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
Required by law or regulatory authority
No compensation or damages shall be payable as a result of such suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and software, is the property of Lendora Finance or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written authorization.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lendora Finance makes no representations or warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lendora Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.
